Eva & Dublin, Lily & Jack

We ended up with quite a windy grey day over in Kettering for our photoshoot, but I must admit overcast is my favourite kind of weather to shoot in. I really think it makes my clients skin glow in the softer light and it means we're less restricted on which directions I can shoot in (when you're trying to avoid direct sunlight).

Upon arrival we had a nice cuppa, the girls showed me around (including getting to cuddle some adorable lambs!)  and then we chose a couple of outfits together. We had loads of fun doing their shoot, with some shots including the family dogs as well.

Dublin (bright bay more affectionately known as Bubbles) is a 7 year old Irish sport horse and belongs to Eva. They've actually recently just completed their first intermediate together this week. I follow the girls on instagram and I love seeing them out competing. 

Jack (Dark Bay) is a 6 year old Irish sport horse and belongs to Lily. They also event.

With Eva & Dublin competing at Thoresby Horse Trials, we decided to meet on the Thursday evening at my trade stand for the viewing. It was great fun showing them their images.
