Basil & Sage

"I was a bit nervous about the shoot as I wanted the dogs to behave and the weather to play ball. I chose Imogen because I've seen the amazing work she's done for other people. I was really pleased with the whole process and I definitely felt at ease.

 

I really enjoyed looking for the locations to take the photos then seeing the outcome afterwards. The photos turned out loads better than I thought - the photos are much cuter than the ones I take myself with my phone!

Charlotte booked a mini photoshoot for her mum's two dogs as a surprise for her birthday. We did the shoot back in November in Shipley Country Park. Their wirey Jack Russell coats worked perfectly with the autumn colours and I was thrilled with the end result. 

Sage is 3, and was rehomed with Charlotte's mum when she was 1. They then got Basil from the same breeder - he is super cheeky and funny and get's away with a lot because of his funny personality. 

Charlotte really wanted one of them both jumping over something after seeing a lot of the photos of my two Jack Russell's doing this. 

Charlotte's mum has since seen the images as her birthday was this month (January 2023) and she absolutely adores the images. Such a lovely present idea that I'm sure her mum will love forever.
